One of the notably broken soundtracks in my library has been Nightmare Circus on the Sega Genesis. Yes, that Nightmare Circus. Everyone’s got a guilty pleasure, and this stupid game is mine. A lot of people have claimed it’s unfinished, and while that’s probably the case with the gameplay, it’s definitely the case with the soundtrack. I think.

Listen to Chainsaw (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ClTreRQXgPY). Something sounds desynced. Also listen to the Credits (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ze2_YPaRPsM) theme… I’m fairly sure those little "ch" samples are supposed to be the sampled orchestral voices you hear in the intro. I want to say a few other tracks sound pretty off as well. I’m pretty sure this is how the music was shipped, and I wonder how easily it can be fixed, if at all. Would anyone with the knowhow be able to take a look at this soundtrack and see what’s wrong? At the very least I’m curious, and this soundtrack is definitely worth remembering in any form. Thanks 🙂

Bro, you could try to check project2612 for Sega Genesis rips.

Hello again! I’m not looking for a higher-quality rip but for someone to go into the vgm files and fix the errors that the developer left on the released cartridge 😉
