Aladdin (1992 Song Instrumentals) by Alan Menken

Salutations folks!

So, about a while ago, different users have posted �Disney Movie Instrumentals� and �Disney Favorites� which involves the instrumentals from these films:
1. Aladdin (1 song only)
2. Beauty and The Beast (4-5 songs)
3. Pocahontas (4-5 songs)
4. The Hunchback of Notre Dame ((4-5 Songs)
And 5. Toy Story (1 song only)

And most(if not most, then some) of you are aware that I�ve started working on a complete score of Aladdin. The only issue was it was on hold for a very long time, because it was going nowhere, and all hope seemed lost for various Instrumentals of certain songs…. until last night, where I was supplied with various files that took me by surprise… and believe me, it did.

A user by the name of �cris140� has greatly supplied me with a few amount of Instrumentals that can help a little bit with this set be finished one day… they messaged me, hoping I could find a way to rip the center track of a 5.1 mix(which were all aware has dialogue right in the center, plus various sounds and effects). However, that didn�t stop me from breaking out my tools, cleaning the tracks up, and putting them in the editing room floor.

What you�re about to hear is my attempt in cleaning up the tracks they sent and have worked on with great work… wanna tracklist?

3. One Jump Ahead (Instrumental)
4. Street Urchins / One Jump Ahead (Reprise) (Instrumental)
5. Friend Like Me (Instrumental)
6. Prince Ali (Instrumental)
7 and 8. A Whole New World (Album and Film Version) (Instrumental)

Tracks 1, 4, 7, and 8 are completely sound effect free… as for the others, they were brought into the editing room and I tried to clean up the surrounding echo from 3, 5, and 6…

After I purchased the aladdin dvd platinum edition, i found instrumental versions of some songs on the DVD menu….I think it was on the 2nd DVD, or both…but there was completely vocal-free instrumental song…but it was not the entire song. This is when I knew that Disney was capable of producing full versions of these songs. as instrumentals.

I have wanted Disney backing tracks for a very long time, but for the sound to be of excellent quality.

As a musician, and public performer for 15 years, I use backing tracks extensively in my life, and have dreamed of Aladdin Instrumentals for a very long time, and I have a large smile as I download this.

Do you have the 2 dvds? If possible,could you rip it? I’m trying to find a way to get the original instrumentals from the portuguese dub,If I get something I will share here too.

I was trying to extract Legend of the lamp using my method,but there’s always some voice or noise in the background,it’s hard to get only what you want.
