Bootlegs are unofficial, so, the (copy)rights to all the music are still retained by whatever label/movie production company has hold of them (in other words, if, for example… You post a bootleg release of a movie that got an official release from a banned label or, again, the movie is owned by a banned production/distribution company…. what happened to TC here is going to happen to your accounts, too).
As for the reason for the ban of this user, I don’t really like to share this stuff with others, since it concerns solely the person that earned the ban.

Predator 2 is also distributed by 20th Century Fox and nothing from that company may be posted (Thread 49829), the fact that its score has received a release from Intrada is, quite frankly, irrelevant (still forbidden). Users punished for their benevolence? Sidestepping the notion that they are, maybe even ignorantly, putting the forum’s existence even more at risk, I’m sure there would be a lot less "banning", if they bothered to read (and/or reread) the sticky threads about whatever constitutes forbidden material.
I know that some of you think I’m way too severe or, dare I say, a goddamn bastard, but I won’t accept to be blamed for what is, more often than not, a mere consequence of your irresponsible behaviour, fellow shriners.
Predator 2 have nothing to do with Intrada, both regular edition and deluxe 2CD set are from Varese, in fact…
