Hi guys, anyone could help to rip .at3 from CMN.DAT from R-Type Tactics II?

I will provide the link for the CMN.DAT, CMN.FAT and CMN.CRC in this thread.

I saw this is using the same container for Hammerin Hero and R-Type Command in PSP. Irem .DAT
