I am here to discuss and encounter new/old anime/vg styles. if there are any country style songs or even remixes example: Team Four Star "trucker hat version of cha-la"
and a close unique style I could say is "sound life rem" from trigun. both available on youtube for now.

To be fair I am little more interested in anime than vg’s, because I think they might be harder too find. I still welcome video game sources, I am in the mood for different genre, I have not really explored the styles of country in this form of media throughout my life.

an example of vg’s is FF7 "Farm Boy" and I don’t remember if there ever was any vg’s lyrical music that were country style.

As for why, I want to expand my horizon, lyrics can be any language not just English, and I still welcome English. as well as instrumental styles.

As far as video game music goes, there unfortunately isn’t much in the way of traditional, small ensemble, fiddle/guitar/banjo/bass dance music like that Team Four Star track.

The closest I can think of are soundtracks that feature up-tempo fiddle music (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBJkvBR1WIA), jigs (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FamD-J0oDI), orchestrated folk music (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kkbDWrC0hfE), western music (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSzq9Rnu6xE), electronic western music (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mDWzu5yxLg), and electronic folk (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WlvuumIF0cA).

Hope that helps.
