Like I had figured, "The First I Love You" is a longer, (but slower) varaition of "The First Lie" from ST2, which is one of my favorite pieces. This makes me very happy 😀

Also, the FLAC sounds like it’s an upconvert from low quality MP3

You should check out the Upside Down edition. Season 3 is still a work in progress at the moment and I don’t know when it’ll be finished but seasons 1 and 2 are available, it’s the most complete soundtrack available though and includes not only the original soundtrack but the music used as well. I’ve been following that thread closely. I’m just really disappointed that a lot of the tracks I noticed while watching aren’t released at all (especially El vs. Billy, except for the tail end in ‘Sauna Test’, and lots of the music from the final battle). It feels like there’s barely any action music on the album for how much more action there was this season. I’m pretty obsessive about arranging my albums in a way that reflects the general plot and tone of the movie/show they’re from and this season’s album will feel so incomplete.

Edit: I actually just did come across this track from when Billy stops the Mindflayer, I feel a little better now knowing at least we have that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aWQLZZsaVRA

I noticed that as well, they’re not in chronological order. For example, ‘I like presents too’ should be right near the end not where it is

do you have the chronological order ?

I saw a comment on YouTube, someone said The First I Love You is a remix of The First Lie (Nancy and Jonathan kiss in S2) with a variation of the �Kids� theme. I 100% recognize �The First Lie� in there but I don�t hear �Kids�. Can someone help me out?

I recognized that piece the second I heard it. Back when the first season came out I started to familiarize myself with S U R V I V E and that was the first track of theirs I bought off the iTunes Store. However I�m pretty sure it�s been edited as it sounds quite different.

It�s also funny how much of Kyle Dixon�s and Michael Stein�s score sounds like S U R V I V E�s music, the band consists of only 4 members so it makes you wonder how much of an influence the other 2 members have, if at all.
