Offering stuff before posting?

Hello,

There are places to provide links to uploads and places to request things you would like someone to upload. Where is the best place to post about things to see if anyone wants them uploaded? I have been going through old files and I’d like to be able to post if I find something to see if anyone wants it uploaded before I delete it to make space.

Among what I’ve found are both film/television soundtracks and some anime soundtracks, too. I note that, since those are separate for download links.

Also, would it be better to start a "Things Mister Lester Keen Found: Post or No?" thread and post updates or a separate thread for what I find?

You can post/upload whatever you want as long as it’s following the rules. Doesn’t matter if anyone wants it now; someone may have been looking for it in the past and given up or someone may look for it in the future.

Only other concern here is if you’re asking because you have limited upload rates/speeds so you don’t know if it’s worth the time/money if no one wants it.
