The Most Offensive Song Ever (Alternate)?

Hey guys, I have a couple of silly questions regarding the alternate cut of "The Most Offensive Song Ever" from "Mr. Hankey’s Christmas Classics". This release is as demonstrated:

My questions are as follows:

1. Is there an alternate release to the original album that contains this track? (Like Chef Aid (Extreme Version))

2. Is there a archived version available anywhere? (i.e. FLAC)

Thanks in advance for any information. Try as I might, and through endless streams of Google searches and message boards, I can’t find anything on it. Sorry if it’s a dumb question.

There was a promo version of the CD that had an alternate version of the song.
