This is a compilation of all the music in smash brothers, 64 all the way to Ultimate organized to fit all nicely together and mostly adhering to the order of songs in the Smash Ultimate Sound Test.
Rest assured not a single song from the series is missing.

Sounds like a short looping SFX, I dont think you will find it on a soundtrack. I guess you should find someone with a capture card and just record it.
