Well…this release was a moderate pain in the ass. There have obviously been much more difficult games to rip – Dungeon Siege III comes to mind. Only game where I actually had to play through it and ALT+TAB whenever a new musical cue popped up. But Sekiro was aggravating for a multitude of reasons. The biggest was that I was looking in the wrong place for the cinematic music files, so I spent a lot of wasted time and asking myself "WTF is the music?" and even THEN there was some music that was nowhere to be found (as well as some music that just wasn’t used in the game at all). But those MIA cues amount to less than a minute, and considering there is over three hours of music in this release, I doubt you will miss them.

I did have some fun with this release though. Putting "Return" was really fun, as I noticed all of the musical themes from the various epilogues had a very similar…tone, so to speak. Very similar instrumentation, very similar melodies…they all almost like the same piece of music. Just split up. So I thought "You know what, why not just turn them into one big ass suite instead of a bunch of small tracks?" And that is what I did. Some might not like that – they prefer their gamerips to be as close to what the music sounds in-game as possible. But I think plenty more will prefer this style.

Special thanks to Abraham Link who helped me ID some files that were a bitch to figure out.

Hello, thank you for this 😀

In the FLAC archive, though, the Rebellion track is in .MP3, I am assuming that should probably get fixed somehow.

Naw, there is no FLAC for that track. MP3 is all you get

I am not one to usually do something so self serving as bumping my own thread, but this got buried, and I want to at least give people the chance to see it. Since many people are downloading the Collector’s Edition, no doubt they will want the complete version.

Thanks much and great work!

How does this relate to the 50-track OST and >100 track full gamerip?

Thanks much and great work!

How does this relate to the 50-track OST and >100 track full gamerip?

I used that gamerip to create this, so that answers that.

As for the OST, it is a vastly expanded version of the OST. There is less than a minute, perhaps even less than 30 seconds, of album exclusive material that I did not include here. So I would feel confident in saying you can throw that out and replace it with this release.
