Drift City (also known as Skid Rush in Korea) is a racing MMO from 2007. It has a pretty cool/funky soundtrack that I believe was produced by a Korean band called "Peppertones" (Source (https://namu.moe/w/%EC%8A%A4%ED%82%A4%EB%93%9C%EB%9F%AC%EC%89%AC)). There are also a few tracks that were produced by ESTi and NieN from soundTeMP (16, 31, and 32).
