Confirmed, this is NOT 24/96. I don’t think it’s even 44.1 kHz, no activity above 43 kHz. But then perhaps that’s what the original release is…

… can’t understand why people willingly download something this big when half of the frequencies are silence. As i mentioned, there is no activity above 43 kHz and if that is what you want you could get the proper 44.1 kHz upload. If you want true 96 kHz – This is not it.
