Theme From Superman (Extended Version) – 1978 John Williams [FLAC & Apple Lossless]

This is a new version, compiled from the 2019 La La Land Records edition by Mike Matessino.

Firstly, I took the first 90 seconds or so of the Alternate "Main Title" – presented on the Blue Box and La-La Land Records CD as "Prelude And Main Title (Alternate)". The original album version used the same track, however, was cut off early. Next, I took the "Prison Yard And End Title" variation of the march and spliced it in. The same version was used on the original mix also. The ending crescendo and cymbal crash are from the "Prelude And Main Title" track, as was also the case on the original mix. Ultimately, it is the same as the album version, with the exception of the introduction to the march which is a bit longer. I recut all of the original edits from scratch so that they could be clean and seamless.
