What to make of it? Fan made perhaps?

These are covers by Rick Leon based on Jan Hammer’s songs. It’s not bad. The songs used to be available for free on a Miami vice website I had them
But lost them in a hard drive crash. There’s another guy Dadrian Wilson who also did a bunch of covers of Jan’s music and his versions were much closer sounding.
