Hey all!

It’s been a while since I’ve been here. I wanted to stop in and let you all know about a project that I’ve been working on for the past year. It’s the reimagining of the soundtrack from Chrono Cross as a symphonic film score. I’ll post some details below.

https://youtu.be/JvftpqB0tko

Cross Symphonic is the reimagining of Yasunori Mitsuda’s iconic soundtrack from Chrono Cross as a fully licensed 17 track symphonic film score. The album carries the listener through the events of Chrono Cross, retelling Masato Kato’s expansive story of adventure, deception, jealousy, and determination with music crafted to help you experience Chrono Cross in a whole new way.

Inspired in part by the legendary film composer John Williams, Cross Symphonic’s sweeping melodic approach serves as a tribute to both Williams and Mitsuda who are both major inspirations to me personally. We’ve launched a Kickstarter for Cross Symphonic to be recorded by a 75-piece orchestra with choir in Nashville, Tennessee by some of the best studio musicians in the industry.

Here’s a link to the campaign if anyone is interested: http://kck.st/2Eknvhk (http://kck.st/2Eknvhk)

I hope you’ll check it out! If nothing else, post a comment and let’s nerd out about Cross!

Hey! Thanks man! His music is absolutely the best. Most of my favorite game soundtracks are either his, or Nobuo Uematsu’s.

Any help with the advertising for this project is much appreciated! If you know if another great place to post this, then let me know.
