I’m late to the party, but this clearly isn’t a transcode and I’m very grateful for the post. 🙂

It’s also worth mentioning that the arranger and conductor of this album, Bob Krogstad, died in 2015 aged only 64. I was unfamiliar with most of his work, but he was a fine orchestrator and conductor, as this album undoubtedly demonstrates. RIP…
