This tragic love story tells the passionate encounters between Betty Blue, a mentally unstable young woman and Zorg, a repairman who is writing a novel. Zorg is a handyman who works in France as manager of some bungalows on the beach. His life is calm and peaceful, he works with dedication and writes in his free time. But one day Betty enters his life, a young woman as beautiful as wild and unpredictable. Suddenly, Betty’s rules-less character begins to get out of control. And Zorg sees how the woman he loves slowly succumbs to madness…
