Does anyone out there have a complete score of The Hunchback of Notre Dame without the SFX and the Dialogue that I can use to make a complete instrumental version of the movie, like say The Last Jedi made a full instrumental version of the movie with only music. Please people? Anyone?

You can only do this if it has an isolated score track which it doesent . Isolated scores are only available on certain dvds and blu rays . You can try and rip the channels but will sound crap.

Yeah. Some dvds(and blurays) will have that option…. Hunchback, Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Beauty, and other movies do not have that option
