As was requested earlier, here is Star Wars: Dark Forces.

This album comes by way of Kinsider, where someone was kind enough to produce a non-midi version of the score (as the original game featured midi-only music).

Now, I can’t quite figure out if the composer/artist for this album is Kenneth L. Simonsen, Clint Bajakian, or someone else. Hopefully someone can tell me. But I’ve done with Kenneth L. Simonsen for the moment.

Here’s the track list, for those who want it:

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>

I just did some looking. My version lists Clint Bajakian as composer. So does https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0163281/fullcredits/?ref_=tt_ov_st_sm IMDB and https://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/star-wars-dark-forces/credits Mobygames. Out of curiosity, where did you get Simonsen from?

Alexios – the information I found came from here:

http://www.mirsoft.info/gmb/music_info.php?id_ele=MTMzNzY=

The Mirsoft website listed two versions of the game – the original (midi) version and a fan-made version.

Which is where the confusion sets in.

The original version, in agreement with you, seems to suggest that Clint Bajakian is the composer.

But the fan-made version (in *.mp3 format) is said to be Kenneth Simonson.

What do you make of this?

Cheers,

-S

Interesting. In that case, I’d say that you were right to attribute Simonson.
