King Record CD from Japan. There’s an mp3 and lossless rip posted on the shrine, but the lossless is dead. My lossless rip is from a torrent.
Although this CD precedes the CAM CD (which includes score "Adios Gringo"), this has a few additional track versions which are longer takes, as well as two different tracks. So this could be considered an "expanded" version, although I’ve never compared them for sound quality differences.
On a tangent, "Adios Gringo" was expanded after the CAM release for it’s own CD from Digitmovies.
Tracks #11 and #12 have the same name on the back insert, but Japanese text of track names added parenthetically "another take" to track #12. So I added "version II" to track #12 which is consistent with other track names.
