Site its blocked here in the US. I already tried several VPN’s but nothing has work thus far. Anyone willing to help a brother out?
Comes from a Chinese game app, I don’t know the English name. I also tried extracting the audios from the app but I couldn’t open the npk file.

Yeah that happens whenever I tried using a vpn, since Saturday.

Can’t get any further with it because to download normally from Baidu you now seem to need the app, but I can’t get the app without registering, and I can’t register using a phone from this country, strangely. Baidu-dl (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/baidu-dl/lflnkcmjnhfedgibjackiibmcdnnoadb) used to work very nicely but now says "You need to login first!", so that’s out the window, for me at least.
