Hi Joey, with a disc I’ve ripped I would only upload the FLAC as people can always convert to MP3 – the same can’t be done for converting MP3 to FLAC.
I’ve googled and found a couple of options for converting the flacs for you below – they’re both online converters so should work with PC or MAC (although I must say I have not tested either).

Hope these work for you – there’s also a number of programs that can do it for you quickly whether you’re on PC or a MAC.
