Anyway, thanks for providing an alternative to the slow uploaded links from the 1st poster, much appreciated!

it is a lossless FLAC CD rip, accurip comments supplied in notes, not upscaled MP3. So no not same as the 1st poster.

well if this is a lossless FLAC rip from the original CD it should put the "upscaled" discussion to rest because the frquency spectrum is exactly as in the other upload…

Well I can only go off the source that this is lossless, I’m not arguing this case, and haven’t got 8 hours to use some crappy link to download the other copy (no offense to other poster). If you have the CD I would suggest uploading it.

That’s exactly the reason why I wanted to make sure.
It’s also conceivable that he has no time (no patience) to provide the scans.
I can imagine that the booklet is quite detailed.

I can’t comment on the other uploader’s copy, but I would assume the MP3 copy posted is downscaled FLAC.

I was quite satisfied with the sound of the original upload by Miss Purple, but I must say this looks pretty much the same, its available on MP3 and false FLAC from this site. You only need to pick your format and it would be downloaded quickly enough.

I’m not expert but certainly sounded like real FLAC to my ears. And I use high-end stuff to listen my favourite music. Time to get the scans from both this one and the Harry Potter Boxset. Let’s hope someone who purchase the items uploads them at some point.

Still waiting to get word that mine has even shipped. I don’t have a scanner per se but I can take pictures of the books and upload them. The snippets above really get me excited about reading it. Got mine yesterday, definitely worth the wait. The first disc with the intended score from Kilar is the standout for me, along with the rest of the new material. The first track (Beginning extended version) blew me away while I was driving on a rainy night. 😀 Hope everyone receives theirs in time for the holiday.
