Sometimes, you just gotta do it yourself. By sheer luck a copy popped up on Ebay and managed to snag it.
It arrived today and couldn’t by any happier.

I believe The Restless (Demon Empire in English territories) was among Shiro’s first delving into chorus arrangements to go with his orchestral scores.
It’s also his 2nd co-production for a Korean film score (The first being Musa)

There is not one bad thing I can point out of this soundtrack. It is hands down one of his best works and it’s a shame the soundtrack was as limited as it was.

I tried to rip the CD into FLAC, but my EAC software kept ejecting the disc for some reason…

Ani’t Apple really strict about their file formats though?

I just want a taste of this score in lossless. Is one of my all-time favorites.

By the way another similar score to this is BLEACH: Memories of Nobody, you should check it if you haven’t already.

Some people would take Apple Lossless over other lossless formats 🙂
For me it’s just as good as FLAC… One can covert lossless files in any formats, so I’d go for the ALAC nonetheless 😀
