Have you got this in FLAC format? I don’t do mp3’s on account of the poor sound quality.
Thanks anyway!

Interestingly, I found a link that supposed to give me flac:
http://uploaded.net/file/qugoqnf3/John_Williams_-_Schindler‘s_List_(25th_Anniversary_Edition)_1993_ 2018_FLAC.rar
I think it’s also listed in the first post? But when I used AudioChecker to verify the files, it couldn’t determine the file source (don’t know what this means). I guess the only thing to do is to purchase a physical CD copy to confirm if this is genuine lossless. I’ll leave this endeavor to those who can buy things online. Good luck!

You are quite right; these files are upsampled mp3’s, with the exception of track 18, oddly. The poor sound is a dead giveaway, but I ran them past Lossless Audio Checker just to be sure, and it confirmed they are upsampled. So, I shredded them, and will just have to keep on looking for genuine FLACs or WAVs.
Thanks anyway!
I personally would say, with all respect, if you don’t mind, yes please! Thank you very much!

since the ORIGINAL CD contains tracks with frequency cut-off that will be a long wait….same goes for Harry Potter
Running an audio stream comparator on both sets gives this, with the same values for each pair:

And the same could be done for the MP3 set of this thread if we knew the parameters used for the encoding and had the same LAME version. If anyone knows it, let me know.
Edit: I mean, the check of the MP3 would be mostly for fun; if anyone had a look at the spectrograms of these two sets, it’s clear that they indicate parent and child.
