Hollywood in Vienna" is an orchestral concert series and award (Max Steiner Film Music Achievement Award) show that presents contemporary works of film music. As part of the gala the city of Vienna awards the world’s most influential film composers with excerpts of their life’s work performed from the �ORF Radio Symphony Orchestra Vienna�.
Since 2009, film music has been awarded to composers such as Danny Elfman, Alexandre Desplat, James Horner, James Newton Howard and others.
The first part of the concert includes music pieces by different composers, the second half is dedicated to a composer, who will then be awarded with the prize.
In late 2018, Hans Zimmer is awarded with the Max Steiner Prize. It was the 10th ceremony and a concert completely dedicated to the music of Hans Zimmer. Parts from his tour "The World of Hans Zimmer" can be heard here.
So to all who are interested in this kind of music, can�t see the show, want to hear what music the composers had done, or whatever … please enjoy the great music pieces performed by the ORF Radio Symphony Orchestra Vienna:

I saw a webrip. It seems like this year there was no first part dedicated to various composers. Did they only play Zimmer music, or didn’t they broadcast the whole thing? I haven’t find any radio broadcast, either.
