Viper only done the new exclusive tracks for the Switch version that’s just been released in Japan. No "Ultimate" version will be done unless you want to grab the Outrun 20th Anniversary sound box (https://vgmdb.net/album/5474)that includes every Outrun track going from that point of release.

Anniversary box doesn’t have the "Western" Out Run games (you know, C=64, Jeroen Tel…) at all, so I find it very lacking and far from ultimate. Also, I want Camino a Mi Amor + others because Switch audio quality (especially FLAC) is better than 3DS’, and the only FLAC rip of Camino has cracks and pops that sound very annoying.
