If you can watch it (I did, no restrictions to Spain), JDownloader is a good option. You can choose several video qualities and formats or save the audio only. After the youtube link has been added to the LinkGrabber tab, use the contextual menu on it and Add or Change the "variant". It presents a list (configurable via Settings/Plugins/Youtube) to choose from. In this case the best video is 1920×1080 with AAC audio at 128 kbps. The best audio, AAC at 192 kbps, is in a smaller 1280×720 video.

There are more options, like the command-line youtube-downloader, VideoDownload Helper addon for the browser, online services, etc., but JDownloader is my favorite.
