If the FLACs are upscaled, why even share them and not just the MP3s in 320? People who want FLACs want lossless, this is just misleading.

Of course Bandcamp shares lossless FLACs, but it’s not up to them what they get to give.

On the buy page, there is no note that the FLAC release is upscaled from the MP3 release. They should note that or just sell as MP3. It is misleading and in the end should even be enough reason for a refund. No matter who is responsible, Bandcamp sells the product, and it’s their responsibility to solve this with the people who made the release available to them.
