The 2-Track Single features music from the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack to Alfred Hitchcock�s 1960 Production of �Psycho�. The Single has been assembled, mastered and cut by Sean Magee at the world-famous Abbey Road Studios in London.

Thank you very much! The McNeely and Elfman covers of the score are fine I think as covers go, but neither feels quite as sharp as I suspect Herrman preferred.

Isn’t this from the 1975 re-recording conducted by Herrmann himself with the National Philarmonic Orchestra? It sounds too good to be the original 1960 film recordings.

No the 1975 recording is in stereo and a little slower.
