FLAC is useful for converting to your format of choice without additional loss. I personally convert to opus for my phone. 3.5MB opus vs. 8.5MB MP3 320 for one song.. Less than half the size while being better quality still.

Personally I’m not too fussed about MP3 or FLAC. I take and get what I need regardless + I worry about space as well for my dedicated music player. No need to be a elitist cunt about it really, just share good music in any quality audio format that work well for any VGM fans needs.

If you’re worried about space you’d definitely benefit from grabbing FLAC and converting to a preferred format, such as Opus. Not sure how I’m being an elitist cunt by telling you this but hey, keep grabbing bloated 320K MP3s if you want, not my space lol.

This very album is 147MB Opus vs. 346MB 320K.
