I’d say it comes with the Steam/GOG Platinum & Ultimate Editions… but i can’t be sure.

Found out that soundtrack comes from a version given out to Kickstarter Backers. It apparently includes "complete" soundtrack of 30 songs which I would love to get my tiny hands on … 😛
