John Williams – Harry Potter: Chamber of Secrets (Chamber Opened Edition) [3 Disc]

Here is a set I made some time ago but like a few others, I’ve realized I never posted here.

This set is from the sessions leak and has the tracks organized and separated into each individual recorded cue. Disc 1-2 are the full play through and credits. Disc 3 are alternates and extras.

This set is a BIT different than some of my other posts in that it includes synth mock ups by myself to replicate unreleased music/unused music. In some cases i’ve had to use film rips as well. The oddity too is that the sessions that leaked do NOT include a lot of the original or revised versions of tracks and often include one or the other but not always the film versions. The film also did quite a bit of editing and some tracks are purely sourced from the first film. With Williams having such a busy schedule it’s amazing he was able to write what he did but perhaps one day we’ll actually get all these gems!

My presentation is obviously more how the sessions would be broken up, but there is a great set available too that has it more how it’s heard in film. so this gives people some options.
