Casino Royale (Burt Bacharach, 1967) HDAD rip 24b Lossless

I found an image of the Audio DVD (1999 release) in a torrent with 1 seed a month ago. I used Foobar (loaded with plugins) to extract the tracks to 24b 192 KHz Flac, then Audition to resample down to 44KHz using 100% quality & pre/post ringing (just a note, low quality resampling algorithms can damage the remaining audio). There wasn’t much content of 25KHz, and humans cannot hear sounds higher than 20 KHz anyway. 3 of the tracks had their highest peak at 0, so I lowered their volume by -0.1 Dbfs (about 1%) before resampling; the remainder have the same volume as on the HDAD. I don’t have enough bandwidth to post entire DVD Audio/SACD/BluRay Audio images, sorry (Casino Royale HDAD was about 1.6 GB in size, this rip is a quarter of that).

As a bonus, I have edited "The Look of Love" to better fit into a pop music playlist or for conversion to a lossy format: Dithered to 16 bit lossless, reduced stereo width for headphone users (using Audition’s channel mixer), and slightly reduced Dyanamic Range using ~1 Db of Limiting and a small amount of compression (I prefer the FabFilter plugins, good results combined with an easy to use Digital interface). The Casino Royale version is considered by most to be superior to Dusty Springfield’s more well known single recording on the B Side of "Give Me Time".
