Use https://www.base64decode.org or https://codebeautify.org/base64-decode (thank you OnyxGuard!) to decode the Mega link.
The key:

(Remove the space between j and J, the forum formatting is causing a space to show up for some reason.)
Thanks to Despair, I have added the ending theme and replaced the original title theme. He also helped with the tagging of two tracks. If you previously downloaded this release, I’d recommend redownloading it. Thank you for the assistance!
Well you can use this: https://codebeautify.org/base64-decode The first link works fine for me. Thanks for sharing BM!
All tracks are named correctly as I checked them myself by replaying the entire game (including the labyrinth battle). You’ll want the game ripped files which can be found here: http://psf2.joshw.info/y/ These are the exact same files that are on the game disc, should you open up an iso or pop it into your drive. You’ll probably need foobar to convert them to FLAC though.
And here’s a link to the aforementioned tracks ripped form the video files (the opening and credits themes): https://mega.nz/#!fxBxDY4Q!50k54oBIeZ0lBZJmzn25FAfE2Y5aRoSfp8CXyen7kqM

Oops, I had no idea. Sorry about that! Is it okay if I add those tracks to my upload, if I give you credit for those tracks?
Awesome, thank you!
