With the passing of the great Patrick Williams in July, I thought I would share a soundtrack I did several months ago for the 1981 television movie "The Princess and the Cabbie." It’s a wonderful score that won Williams a well-deserved Emmy. Keep in mind that this is a homemade project in which I took musical excerpts from the film from a video posted on YouTube (that was obviously taped on someone’s VCR) and then edited them the best I could. I’m an ameteur but love to do things like this. It also contains some mild sound effects. This also includes my own covers. This is one of many great Williams scores that deserve a commercial release.
