It’s the first true commercial release of this album.
. Mar 28, 2017: 7 tracks (RT 13:20) for for free on soundcloud
. Dec 15, 2017: new 7 tracks (RT 18:50), but this one is not buyable, it is streaming only
. Aug 24, 2018: same as above but it is now commercially released and buyable

Thanks I hope the other 2 DLCs come soon too now.
I have been asking the composer this for more then a year and he told me Turning Tides and Apocalypse would be released in the spring
