Hello, I am looking for a complete gamerip of the music featured in RPG Maker XP’s prepackaged songs. I am looking for this in mp3 format.

Hello, I’m in process of preparing a series of rips/conversions for the music included in the RTP (default package) of the RPG Makers from 2000 to XP. Just don’t expect the XP one to sound exactly like in the program and games made with this program.

While I finish this process, you can get the MP3s for all the BGM tracks in the XP here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/h1dife93zek72rd/rtpxp-noloop.zip/file

Note that they are not looped. I expect to have a proper set of gamerips to share with all of you sometime later, with all looped and in both FLAC and MP3 formats. I’ll explain more details about the process and all that later too.

Hello, for those who might be interested on this: I have almost all finished process for ripping the whole RTP of the RPG Makers 2000, 2003 and XP. In two versions: one with the sound of the default Windows MIDI soundfont (Microsoft GS Wavetable or whatever) and one with the Soundblaster soundfont (for those who, like me, used the old RPG makers with this soundcard, which in my opinion makes midi files to sound much better than the Windows default). All is looped twice and with 10 seconds of fadeout at the end. Including a little Bash script I wrote to automate the proccess, everything seems to sound okay but I just have to do the last checks before sharing. Hopefully I’ll have the big package to share with all in a few days. I don’t know if anyone shared these soundtracks before, except maybe some Youtube videos, but I personally think they have potential and are worth to listen both inside and outside games, so I hope other people who thinks the same will enjoy it 🙂
