Hmm, not all hope is lost though… Maybe the mayhem ensues again… Try searching The Langrisser Ultimate Torrent by TEAM SHIKA SHIKA.

I found them, it still has 2 seeds so I can upload them soonish.

Well, what I really need is gamerip of 3CD long (!) obscure PSX game called "Toukyou Wakusei Planetokio" and those goddaNm Kasei Monogatari vocal OSTs that haunt me forever, but they might be a bit much to ask 😀
