Nine Hours To Rama; The Lion (By Malcolm Arnold) (Lossless)

I haven’t seen this pirated before, so I ripped it from my smallish CD collexion using DbPowerAmp in Secure mode. Yes, I know audiophile snobs only use EAC, but I prefer using DbPowerAmp. (A true audiophile nowdays refuses to listen to all forms of digital music anyway).

This is a 2008 remaster of 2 60’s soundtracks. I really like the music. It seems to be out of print now and not available on streaming sites.

Update: Within 36 hours of posting, there was a takedown initiated by Universal Music. Since this is rare and little known music, I suspect Universal has an automated takedown system using fingerprinting. To prevent this, I am trying 3 things with my reupload: 1. Encoding in Ape Monkey’s Audio

2. Passwording the archive: Lowe

3. Encrypting the link in Base64 (I got the idea from the Megalinks subreddit). You need to use a program a visit a site that can convert from Base 64 to UTF-8, eg https://www.base64decode.org/

I hope this is enough. I have never had an issue with my VGM uploads, but Film/TV soundtracks seem to be DMCA magnets. Requiring PMs (like several other posters do) is too much hassle for me.

Note: Reuploaded today on 9th October 2019, with a fresh Mega account. Lets see how long it lasts.

Lastly, a request: Dark of the Sun Original Soundtrack by JACQUES LOUSSIER (in lossless, since I only have an old MP3 link from a source I cannot remember. It is out of print and $70 USD + on Ebay/Amazon for a used copy 🙁
