Here is the full soundtrack for Metroid Prime, in 44.1/16 FLAC.

Some music from the Wii Trilogy release is also included. You will also find all the unused tracks and music from the demo disc. The USA release has slightly different music; I have included both versions where this is the case.

before i download:
is there a variation of the title music that does not have the metroid sfx? ive always said the music would be 5 times better without the sfx.

Hi ROKUSHO, I have never encountered a version of the Title Theme without the SFX. I just tried to remove them in Izotope RX but it’s nigh on impossible. Someone really skilled might be able to remove the SFX.
