FFXIV Patch 4.3: Under the Moonlight (MP3, V0)

Hey guys,

Here’s the new music from FFXIV Patch 4.3: Under the Moonlight. There are 14 new tracks, however 6 of them are older tracks from FFT and FF12 for the new Ivalice themed raid. The ones with Orchestrion rolls associated with them have their appropriate titles listed. There were 4 tracks that did not have names. One is a fanfare type theme, (31a3ce5d) two sound like they’re associated with the main story quests, (4673ff4c, 78cfd643) and another sounds like it could possibly be a track for the Namazu beastmen tribe. (d670cbf0) There was also an Orchestrion roll for the main theme "Revolutions" that I didn’t have a separate rip for, so I included that one as well. Unfortunately it’s lower quality since all of the Orchestion songs are low bit rate.

The Orchestion list didn’t shed many mysteries on songs from previous patches, but they did include the roll for the Doma Castle dungeon, and its song is called "Gates of the Moon" if you want to update your tag appropriately.

When I have some time I’ll look again to see if I can find it. Didn’t seem to be in the main files for music so it must be buried the one of the sound effect ones.

Edit: Well I guess I must have missed uploading this at some point. This song was actually in the game files as of 4.25. I left it in OGG format since it’s a 6-ch file and Foobar didn’t want to convert it, and I have issues with multi-layer OGGs everytime I’ve tried to mess with them in Audacity.

hmmm i took a look at that file you posted in the previous post in Adobe CS6 and it’s just the usual Feast track (the normal Feast Music with the cheers/boos in the other channels). the new culling time music must be in another file somewhere.

Would you be able to grab the new tracks added in this Tuesday’s patch, that launched the new ultimate fight?

From what I’ve noticed it’s The Primals versions of Ifrit, Titan, and Garuda followed by a Symphonic version of Ultima’s Theme.
So it’s literally three parts from The Primals and the first song from the Orchestral Arrangement Album.

I haven’t seen/done the fight personally so I’ll take Malcan’s word for it. There were files for The Primals arrangements of those songs in the 4.3 files but since they’re already on albums of higher quality I didn’t bother to include them.

Only one new track was added in 4.31. It is some kind of ambient track. It wasn’t very noteworthy. Here’s a link to the ogg file if you want to check it out:

Here’s the new files from Patch 4.36. They mostly are repeat songs from Monster Hunter World. There were three files not tagged, but two of them sound very similar to tracks already included. The other is a short track I couldn’t identify.
