(24 bits version thanks to murlakatamenka)
I swapped the files with a legit 320 release.
Sorry about that.
This does not mean it is lossy, many stems are recorded in these frequencies, cut from the source, deliberated, look at "Journey" by Austin Wintory for example, the full soundtrack is lossless but they cut the whole spectrum at 16 kHz, but still lossless, cut but lossless.
Lossless does not mean reaching the 22.1 kHz, because then ANY dark ambient album could be lossless according to you, and that would be a lie, I have around +200 dark ambient albums in lossless under 10 kHz.
If you take the MP3, you are killing some of these effects. That is lossy for you? Basically you said to the uploader to delete a lossless release because has few lossy samples, as many many other scores, very good.

If you look at track 2 & 13, the spectrums are the same with both 320kbps & flac (they cut just under 20khz).
Rest of the tracks looked fine to me.

Yes, because is what I said about the recording stems.
Another example are the electronic or drone composers, like Junkie XL, where the sounds are cut willfully to create a particular soundeffect.
This from the new "The Dark Tower" soundtrack: http://image.ibb.co/eDOgZc/1.gif
This from "Need for Speed – ProStreet" soundtrack: http://image.ibb.co/k95H7x/2.gif
This from "The Hunter – Journey Returns": http://image.ibb.co/dhLjnx/3.gif
This from "Aegri Somnia – Endtime Psalms": http://image.ibb.co/nNZYfH/4.gif
This from "Sniper Ghost Warrior": http://image.ibb.co/i7M77x/5.gif
And like this I can take another 9.999 examples more.
The album is lossless, with few lossy samples, but lossless mastering after all, you can put again the link to the lossless version if you want.
Journey is a well known lossy master: WEB, CD, Vinyl releases were all tagged as "lossy master" on WCD. Not 100% sure but Wintory himself admitted they’ve lost sources for it and hence the situation.
In Journey there are no empty spaces in the tracks generated by a lossy conversion like my photo of Sniper Ghost Warrior above, only the frequency is cut. The track still lossless. Cut, but lossless. The full tracklist has a line, a "clean" cut at 16 kHz, but is not lossy mastered because the tracks don’t have gaps anywhere.
Track 1: Nascence
My own gif example of a clean cut with the track "Pendulum – Crush", the same case of Journey.
Original file vs. my forced cut, I have not touched anything on the track, nothing, I just cut the frequency.
Also why is this site garbage on mobile? Nothing but pop ups and site redirection….
flac –best -V *.wav take twice as much disk space. But they are 24 bit.
Anyway
Spectrum checkers, gogogo! (http://www59.zippyshare.com/v/5RAWS4C4/file.html)

Thank you very much for the 24 bits version! All the background noise generated by the 16 bits conversion is gone now, really appreciated.
