Yes, his is the official version. It doesn’t really add anything new to the mix, songs that were not on the Vinyl just fade out.
Also, there’s still some tracks missing. For the complete Sonic Mania Soundtrack I’d recommend !!!!!’s complete gamerip. (Thread 218908)

It’s too bad about the Sonic 1 and 2 music being omitted, but I guess it’s understandable if there really are rights issues going on.

By the way, there does seem to be something new. "Rise of the Icon" here is a clean version with none of the jumping and spindashing effects from the intro. That hasn’t been released before if I recall correctly.
