WHAT IS THIS?
This is the 33 tracks from this incredible 1999 mech-em-up by Treasure, Bakuretsu Muteki Bangai-O. It’s superb music but the only copies of the soundtrack that can be "easily acquired" are old MP3s from the Dreamcast OST or middling quality MP3s of the official 3-disc soundtrack. And the latter is missing two pieces of music which I have of course included here.
One of my goals with this endavor is to present to the community well-mastered Original Sound Version / OST music of the greatest soundtracks video gaming has to offer. This collection does not in any way comprise of audio taken from the official "Bangai-O Spirits Audio Collection Plus". (More info at https://vgmdb.net/album/7224 ) Only track titles have been taken from it. I have added some sympathetic mastering and have re-arranged the tracklisting to feel more like a journey through the game. In case you may wish to insert these versions back into the Dreamcast game, to maintain better possible compatibility, I have not altered the length of any of the tracks but you will have to re-arrange the tracks yourself.
