Update: wow the track "Vega" on Synth Fighters is either badly corrupted, or the composer was completely wasted when he mastered it.
It’s completely distorted, starting at 0:42.
Weird he would make that choice, the rest of the album is very good, actually one of the best Street Fighter remixes albums out there.
