Many thanks for your post, but I hope you’ll understand that this sets off so many alarm bells.

A symphonic suite for DQXI isn’t available at any major seller, isn’t listed in any Sugiyama discography, and hasn’t even been announced to my knowledge. The picture attached to the MP3s advertises "Family Classic Concert Dragon Quest World" and the waveform of the MP3s itself is consistent with a transcoded lower-bitrate stream. Could this possibly actually BE the recent Family Classic Concert conducted by Sugiyama?

I do hope that a studio-recording Symphonic Suite is eventually recorded, but I strongly suspect this isn’t it.

Yeah, I’m also wondering what the source for this is. The sound quality is muffled and I’ve heard a few errors in the playing, which I’d expect more from a live performance.

(That said, I’m not going to complain because this music sounds noticeably better with an orchestra even if has flaws.)

Yeah, Sugiyama has been on a downward spiral since DQIX. He sounds bored.
