Yes, the game is using ogg vorbis because it’s the easiest file format to put in unreal engine game besides ogg vorbis is know as the "Seamless Loop" unlike MP3. It’s the beginning for people who don’t how to loop music.

Could someone point me toward a gamerip soundtrack for the new DLC? I know they released most of the tracks officially, but there are at least two new versions of the Spaceship Hub theme that aren’t available and possibly some other variations of tracks.

I decided to learn how to rip the music myself. Here’s a link to the new tracks I grabbed, including the 5 new variations of the "Her Spaceship" hub theme from both DLC updates as well as the full length versions of the dynamic tracks from Nyakuza Metro (as opposed to the mixed down versions available on the official soundtrack,) and a couple of other little snippets that weren’t in OP’s link.
