I made this soundtrack recently for myself and thought I would share it with my fellow members because the score is so beautiful. It’s from a 1988 film so obscure that the Internet Movie Database doesn’t even have a brief description of its plot. This is another wonderful example that more of John Morris’ scores need to be released commercially. There are eight tracks that total about 14 minutes. They come directly from a DVD rip of a VHS tape. The sound quality is good, considering. Be advised: There are sound effects on many of the tracks, but they do not affect the listening experience. I hope you enjoy this great score from one of my favorite composers. PM for link. Thanks!

The lyric melodies with saxophone, piano, woodwinds and strings, and those oriental hints made me more curious about the plot. It is at filmaffinity (https://www.filmaffinity.com/en/film257027.html):

"The story of a newly-separated nisei couple, husband Nobu and wife Masi, and their individual and collective struggles with their past, which along with their marriage centered around Japanese tradition, despite their residing in the United States."

Thanks for sharing your VHS rip.
