Because TIDAL’s 24bit isn’t real, or good. At least, the one you can get using "the" method.
This is not available at 24 bit. Tidal FLAC offers CD quality audio and Master Quality Authenticated (MQA) technology gives 24 bit without limitations.
Yeah, TIDAL is an amazing streaming service, not only you get 3 months of trial as long as you have several e-mails but you also can download the stuff.

I didn’t altered any metadata, except i removed "comment" and "description" tags cause these tags related to the program that i used, and added genre "Soundtrack"

Even so, Tidal’s MQA isn’t really that nice, and the program can’t take it easily as 16bit FLAC.
